Billing Specialist
Job Purpose:
Support and maintain company's customer care and billing systems by monitoring operational service level agreements, pro-actively identifying problems and arranging for or developing required changes. Technically ensure quality software, reliable information, stable and revenue-loss free applications for critical functions.
Serve as primary business support contact with other departments and vendors regarding problems and new requirements. Co-ordinate and supervise work with technical outsourced staff and vendors.
