Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in deploying, managing and supporting scalable web applications built on Microsoft technology stack
• Strong understanding and 2+ years of hands-on experience of Windows 2008 Server/IIS/ASP.NET/SQL Server management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon EC2 is a plus
Responsibilities
• Deployment, management and support of web application with multiple roles/components running in Amazon EC2 cloud
• Design and implementation of backup/restore/disaster recovery strategy
• Design and implementation of the solution security configuration
• Working with development\QA teams to investigate and resolve production issues

Knoema IT solution is working towards building Web tools in area of Social Networking focused towards specialized users. Our tools are focused to the potential user base that are interested in Analytical data and are limited by the current tools available. We are targeted to go Beta by end of 9-10 months from now. At present, Knoema is operating in two countries; US & India. Our core Strategy and Marketing team is based out of Washington DC, U.S and our Engineering & Development team is operating out of Bangalore, India. We are 7 people strong and strong desire to strengthen our India operation in next few months.
As part of our engineering & development team expansion plan in India, we are hiring people with strong technical skills on Microsoft Technologies and desire to be a part of a team working towards innovative solutions. Being the part of the core team this is a unique opportunity offering not just a role in technology but to become a part of the overall process/success.
