Position : Data Mining Specialist
Location of the job : Ghana (Africa)
Domain Knowledge: Telecom
Experience : Min 3 Years of experience in implementing data mining models with SPSS or SSAS (preferable in Telecom companies)
Soft Skills: Innovative, Good attitude, Passion about work
Skills : Solid background in statistics and knowledge of main data mining algorithms and techniques.
Technical Skills & Product Knowledge:
DMBS (preferably SQL Server) management
Design of complex and efficient SQL queries
Design of data mining structures and models using a particular tool (SSAS or SPSS)
Microsoft Office (Excel data mining add-in)
Job Description :
The Data Mining specialist will be in charge of processing the initial required data and creating data mining structures and models based on variables defined by Consumer department
Roles and Responsibilities:
Validate and process all initial data required for any data mining exercise
Create the data mining structure and models
Process the model and provide results to the users in the required format
Train the end users on the usage and understanding of the tool that will be used
