1. SharePoint Lead / Architect (8+ years of experience) – JOB CODE (SPL) –
a) Very good knowledge on SharePoint 2007/2010
b) 2.5+ years of experience on SharePoint technology in Technical Leadership role
c) Very good knowledge on Architecture / design frameworks, best practices
d) Should be able to define the governing structure, application management strategy
e) Very good understanding on SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, BDC, Model objects etc
f) Very good knowledge on SharePoint based Business Intelligence tools & reporting services
g) Very good command on .NET programming (C#, ASP.NET)
h) Should be able to understand business requirements and provide the solution to customer in independent capacity
2. SharePoint & .NET Developers (4+ years of experience) – JOB CODE (SPD) –
a) Very good knowledge on SharePoint 2007/2010
b) 4+ years of .NET programming experience (ASP.NET, C Sharp, ADO.NET)
c) 1.5+ years of development experience using SharePoint technology
d) Good understanding on SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, BDC, Model objects etc
e) Good knowledge on SharePoint based Business Intelligence tools (Performance Point, SharePoint Dashboards, KPIs etc)
f) Very good knowledge on PL/SQL
g) Sound knowledge on Unit test case identification and unit testing
3. Business Intelligence Lead (6+ years of experience) – JOB CODE (SBI)
a) 6+ years of experience on BI tools (Business Objects, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint Dashboards)
b) Should have played technical lead role for at least two BI projects (with full life cycle activities)
c) Good experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
d) Good experience on Dimensional Data Model, Star Schema, Conceptual / Logical / Physical Data model
e) Experience on SQL Server 2008
f) Good .NET programming skills
4. Business Intelligence Developers (4+ years of experience) – JOB CODE (BID)
a) 4+ years of experience on BI tools (Business Objects, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint Dashboards)
b) Good experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
