Role offered : Lead HTML Developer
Experience : 4 to 6 yrs
Work Location : Pune
Qualification : Graduation (Regular)
Skills:
Must:
Strong knowledge and practical hands-on experience:
1) Interactive web site design
2) HTML, XHTML, CSS & ability to hand code HTML.
3) Knowledge in HTML5/CSS3 is an added advantage
4) Cross browser considerations.
5) Convert Photoshop designs to XHTML
6) Understanding of web standards like W3C
7) Familiar with basic usability concepts
8) Photoshop, Dreamweaver and all design related Adobe Creative Suite products
9) Client side scripting (JS etc.) should have worked not less than 2 years.
10) Use extensions for Dreamweaver to accelerate the productivity.
Soft Skills:
1) CSS, HTML certification is an added advantage.
2) Lead a team of at least 2
3) Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization
4) Excellent organizational skills.
5) Ability to review and provide feedback on the team design work.
6) Ability to effectively take constructive feedback on your design work.
7) Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
8) Ability to deliver high quality design work within budgeted timeframe.
9) Experience working in an interactive agency a strong plus.
10) Experience with methodologies such as Iterative development and Agile
11) Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
12) Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
13) Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter.
14) Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity.
15) Well organized during work and delivery.
16) Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints.
