Clinical Information Analyst
Reports To
Manager, Pharmaceutical Strategies
Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Pharmaceutical Strategies, you will be responsible for utilizing Crystal Reports, SQL, and PowerPoint for the completion of bi-weekly reports on various Pharmaceutical Marketing initiatives. Liaising with external clients to get supplementary data for amalgamation with in-house claims data using MS Access and/or Excel. Creating new reports to meet the business needs of future Pharmaceutical programs. Providing support on day to day basis to the Manager, Pharmaceutical Strategies to service Pharmaceutical clients' inquiries.
Job Duties
• Conduct data analysis, setup analytical parameters, and MS Access databases
• Develop Crystal Reports for clients to whom ClaimSecure provides adjudication services
• Assist with the implementation of new clinical products and services as required
• Provide support on a day to day basis to the Manager, Pharmaceutical Strategies as required
Requirements
Education and Training
• Post-secondary degree
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Access a must
• A working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reporting /Business Objects a must
Experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and / or insurance industry would be an asset
Other Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
