Will work closely with QA, Product Requirements, Design, and adjacent development teams to write exceptional quality Android middleware components primarily windows manager, Surface GL manager, Display device driver of linux kernel, camera driver and middleware of Android, etc for innovative applications.
Profile Requirement
- Should have worked on Android 2.2 and 2.3 and Honeycomb commercial robust quality BSP and Device Drivers development expereince
- 2-3 years of Linux kernel and Device drivers development experience, porting of same on Android hardwares
- 2 or more years of experience working frame buffer, v4l2 display and camera device drivers of Linux
- 1 or more years of expereince of windows manager, Surface manager, GL framework of android
- 1 or more years of experience of camera and display Hal layer of Android
- 1 or more years of expereince in porting Android on ARM based hardware devices
- Experience in tools like JTAG and serial port for flashing and debugging Android on devices
- Expereince in Android Flashing tools and Eclipse
- Expereince in Android Multimedia Framework like Stagefright and Opencore
- B.E/M.E E&TC/EEE/Computer science Graduate
- Good communication skills
