The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan invites applications for the following

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH COORDINATOR

The incumbent will be required to strengthen reproductive health care
program across AKHS, P that includes ensuring the capacity building of
health care providers in reproductive health including neonatal care. S/He
will also be required to supervise the program component of regional
programs and provide needed assistance accordingly.

Candidates with M.B.B.S degree (must have a valid registration with Pakistan
Medical and Dental Council) having 3 years' experience & hands on knowledge
of maternal child care/reproductive health care. S/He should be highly
competent professional, a team player with excellent interpersonal,
leadership and decision making skills with the ability to work in a complex
and demanding environment and willing to travel to the various parts of
Pakistan.

PURCHASE OFFICER

The incumbent will be responsible to assist procurement of consumable and
capital items by obtaining quotations, making follow up with vendors and
carrying out proper documentation. S/he will also be required to coordinate
with regions on day to day issues and assist the supervisor in fulfilling
the other related tasks as and when required.

Candidate should be Business Graduate (preferably MBA) having basic
knowledge of supply chain management with at least 1 year experience in
relevant field. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with strong communication,
negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills along with the ability to
perform multiple assignments efficiently.

Position     :        Quality Assurance Manager- Aman Community Health Initiative

 

Role             :      Some of the major responsibilities include developing and establishing close working relationships with field staff, stakeholders. Assist in implementation of all monitoring tools, overseeing operations of all monitoring and evaluation/data collection and produce statistical analysis, guiding and implementing the overall monitoring and evaluation strategy for the program across all stakeholders. Responsible for identifying, designing, and updating performance, and ensure processes needed for Quality Management Systems are established, implemented, and maintained. 

 

Qualification:    MBBS from a HEC recognized university. Masters in Social Sciences (MSc)/Masters in Public Health (MPH) from a recognized university.

 

Experience:         3-5 years of work experience in program implementation, management of community based projects, monitoring and evaluation in a community based setting.

Experience of working with underserved/ vulnerable communities is preferred.

Must have working knowledge of MS-office, data analysis skills, and proficient in working with databases

Skills           :       Should have a positive attitude, sound judgment, excellent leadership, management, and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be able to work independently and efficiently with diverse groups of people.

Age            :        30 – 50 years
