Should be excellent in communication skills. Role(s) the position holder is required to play: Core Skill Participate in business requirements gathering Should have designed and implemented SSIS packages and SSRS reports (Atleast 2 years exp.) Should be completely hands on in coding and should be willing to code Ensure the components of application developed are free of security risks Provide reliable effort estimates Ensure completion of reliable internal and end user documentation Analyze potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed Soft Skills Good Business Analysis skills and communication skills Should be able to lead a small project (with very minimal management needs) Should be able to directly interact with a customer.
