A new position is available for a Level 2 Software Support Specialist to monitor, research and resolve technical issues raised by external and internal clients. You will also work with the external team to document and maintain support process documentation.
Primary responsibilities include:
? Assist Level 1 staff solve basic technical issues
? Investigate elevated issues by confirming validity of the problems
? Review and Prioritise technical issues
? Troubleshooting requirements
Requirements:
? Experience supporting clients using ETL
? Experience in developing commercial applications
? Familiarity with DataWarehouse & OLAP
? Programming experience
? Knowledge and experience in QA required
The successful applicant will have solid experience with the following tools:
? DB2 Platforms
? ETL
? Erwin or Embarcadero
? J2EE, Hibernate, DROOLS
? Unix or Linux a plus
