The Project Management Office in the LEGO Group's Digital organisation
You will join the Digital Project Management Office in Consumer Marketing & Innovation. As digitalisation is one of the most important dimensions of our future marketing effort, we support and monitor all projects and development of the existing software products for LEGO.com.

We are 10 resilient and agile colleagues that take on large-scale and complex web assignments where we drive the portfolio and the projects. We have started implementing Sitecore CMS as a platform solution across LEGO.com, and we are currently working on upgrading our unique LEGO ID across all community communication as well as implementing a new message board. We are based in Billund but our projects and stakeholders are global, giving you some 10-25 travel days per year.
End-to-end responsible for highly complex and global projects
As our new Project Manager, you will be involved in developing the digital portfolio. Tasks include taking the lead in highly innovative and complex projects and deliver at the agreed cost, time and quality – as well as further develop the existing (traditional) project culture into the next level in an agile context. Projects are ranging from 3-18 months and you will have end-to-end responsibility which includes budget, follow-up/reporting, capacity planning, process improvement, etc.

The challenge is to retain an overview of all project processes and ensure activity and movement ahead without being drawn into too many details. And in understanding the technical issues of your projects, another challenge is to understand your client's need, capture the essence and challenge it whilst making transparent plans and act quickly in case of contingencies.
