Must have: 
Good in Coding Skills ( .Net, C#, SQL , Stored Proc, web Services) 
Good in working on IIS platform 
Good in communication skills 
Good in Design Skills and OO programming 
Knowledge of OSS/BSS domain 
Should be able to work in Onsite/Offshore model 
Good to have: 
Knowledge of Invoicing and billing. 
Basic understanding of java/flex
