Job Location - Mumbai
Experience - 3 + years
CAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Candidate would be working on Share Point technology based site
70-80%-Project Management
The candidate will have to ensure website is improved over targets given .
30%-Operational Basis –Add new page to the sites ,Owner change of site ,changing the look of the site etc
The Candidate should be inclined towards biz requirement gathering –Client Facing Role (here when we get it executed to the vendors the candidate would need to convert it into technical terms )
Candidate would need to know who the biz user is ,which level ,understanding of what they need, creating mockups where they create ppt 's and sign off on the requirements and get it executed by the back end team
The candidate should be able to balance out SLA's of vendors & timeframe committed to clients on deliverables
Candidate would need to look into create freshness of reports, scorecards & other statistical and analytical details of SharePoint site and relaying present that to the clients
Share point skill is a good to have
External International client experience is a mandate 1 yr min –Typical call centre at the agent level would not suffice
The candidate should have exposure with facing the external international clients face to face or on conference calls as well but it is important to have external client facing experience and not internal client who may be from same company.
