Primary Skill : SQL BI 
Secondary Skill : Microsoft Sql Server DBA, .NET 
• Willing to work in 24/7 environment. 
• No objection to night shift and weekend shifts 
• Exposure to production support (at least for a year) 
• Understanding the scope of work 
• Handling ticketing tool 
• Talking to user, client and next level of support 
• Attending meetings when alone in the shift 
• Preparing documents 
• Knowledge on Patching and password updates 
• Knowledge on SQL Server Administration 
• Managing databases 
• Managing Backups 
• Restoring databases 
• Managing File groups 
• Manage and troubleshoot SQL jobs 
• Handling permission issues 
• Exposure to Clustered Environment 
• Knowledge on log shipping 
• Knowledge on SSIS, SSRS & SSAS desirable 
• Identifying & Troubleshooting issues
