• Ability to deliver work items with highest quality and on-time. 

• Passion to work in high growth environment learning new technologies. 

• Preferably have hands-on development experience with product development and/or dotnet technologies. 

• Curiosity/Willingness to understand how things work under the hood and get into in depth technical details. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. 

• Passion to create a change in everyone's education will be an added plus 

• Very strong core computer science fundamentals 

• Good exposure on web based technology 

• Technically competent and smart people who can understand bigger picture 

• Knowledge on unit testing apart from programming skills 

• .net, asp.net, SQL Server, UI Generation, J Query are some of the tools where expertise is required.
