6Plus years Technical Lead
6+ years development experience in Microsoft .NET C#, ASP.NET and Visual Studio. . 4+ years development experience with SharePoint 2007/2010 development and SharePoint WCM. Strong experience in developing Web Parts . Experience of the following technologies . WCF, WF and web services. . Xml, XSD, Xslt, XPath. . Xhtml, CSS. . Database design and in SQL Server. . Added advantage: Knowledge of LINQ, WPF, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, SilverLight, SCRUM . Experience with Agile development . Experience on working on multiple projects is highly desirable. . Previous experience in leading Technical teams on mid to large scale development projects.
The task involves new project and support and maintenance of 15+ web applications, including the corporate site, intranet solutions and a suite of client related self-service web applications and portals . Technical Guidance and mentor the Development team . System design and architecture of software applications . Scoping requirements - client interfacing role . Creating Technical Specs and requirements . Ensure on time delivery with quality . Code review and establishing and implementing code guidelines.
