We are looking for 4-8 yrs experience. 
Technical Requirements: 
• Experience with full software development lifecycle, from initial design to product completion 
• Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is a must. 
• Significant development or architectural experience using Microsoft .NET, and related technologies. Expert level technical skills with .NET technologies. 
• Strong C#, .Net and SQL skills 
• Strong Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net, etc). 
• Experience developing Web Parts, Event Handlers and Workflows in MOSS 2007, along with correct packaging into solutions for deployment. 
• Experience developing SharePoint or .Net Workflows 
• Experience customizing SharePoint Themes 
• Experience with InfoPath Forms 
• Experience configuring and administering a SharePoint environment is a plus. 
• Some experience with XAML 
• Detailed knowledge of SharePoint site configuration and best practices. 
• Understanding of Active Directory, IIS, SharePoint Web Access, SharePoint Disk Usage, SharePoint System Monitoring, SharePoint backups/restores 
• FAST Search experience is a PLUS.
