Software Support Analyst - KL

job location is KL, Malaysia 
job type is perm 

Competency Requirements 
Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications Required 
Excellent overall communication skills including an excellent telephone manner and the ability to write clear and concise communications on call progress. Able to translate complex data and convey information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
Team Working – Collaborates effectively across internal teams to achieve swift and co-ordinated delivery of results. 
Right first time - Operates with accuracy and attention to detail to provide high quality output within tight service deadlines. 
Ability to remain calm and systematic under pressure 
Analytical approach to problem solving. 

Qualification in business, IT or technical discipline, however degree level would be advantageous 
Experience of customer service role an advantage 
Good knowledge of IT systems and office software an advantage 
Use and maintenance of client and support data in appropriate software tools. 
Flexibility to be 'on call' outside of normal operating hours, should operations require.  
Oil and Gas Domain Experience is required 
Experience programming with .Net Technology, Silver light, WPF, WCF etc…
