2 - 5 years of experience in SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
Should have at least 6 months hands on experience on all 3 skills.
Strong skills in SQL on SQL Server 2008.
Experience of designing and developing reports using SSRS.
Experience of ETL.
Experience of writing MDX queries.
Experience of designing and developing Cubes.
Experience of creation of SSIS packages.
Good communication skills
Candidate Job Location will be Goregaon.
It would have Saturday working.

Role Summary/Purpose

As test engineer, the role would require - This is primarily an Test automation opening. Having said that the candidate has to do the following - to understand the domain, - come up with Acceptance tests for user stories, - Automate tests using Fitnesse or QTP and - execute tests manually. Would be necessary to work with the dev team in an Agile environment.

Essential Responsibilities :

Execute, with guidance from senior engineering resources, the analysis, design, test, or integration required to define and support assigned components, assemblies or systems that meet business standards and program/product requirements. * Must be able to build software scripts to simulate/automate certain tasks. * Work hand in hand with Software and Hardware engineers. * Strong Electronic knowledge. Ability to operate Oscilloscope, Multi-Meter, or working with electronics cards. * Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers. * Document and communicate results of technical data generated. * Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives. * Share information and promote open dialogue. * Come up with Acceptance tests for user stories, * Automate tests using Fitnesse or QTP and * Execute tests manually.

Desired Characteristics :

Must have strong software knowledge 2+ years experience writing scripts in one of following scripting languages: C#, VBScript, JavaScript, PERL, or Python or Unix/Windows. * Database/SQL/Oracle knowledge and experience of Windows/Unix/Linux. * Experience of testing client server and GUI applications. * Familiar with methods and techniques of structured reviews. * Experience of working in an environment with strict quality procedures. * Effective oral expression and written expression, easy contact, adaptable, can foster team spirit. * Excellent Planning and organizational skills. * Excellent communicator and team player: * Experience working in Agile development environment.* Six - Sigma Green belt trained (GE Employees). * Good knowledge of Mathematics will be highly desirable.
